How we teach

Five ways of learning, woven into one week.

Not every subject is best taught the same way. Our programme blends five distinct modes, each chosen to suit the discipline, the child, and the moment in the week.

1:1 sessions
Maths · English · Science

One teacher. One student.

Core subjects taught in focused 1:1 sessions so pace, level and attention are matched exactly to your child.

Small group
Arabic · Islamic Studies · Life Skills

Learning together.

Language, deen and character flourish in company. Small live cohorts build discussion, adab and friendship.

Virtual study labs
Maths · English · Science

Homework, supervised.

Live study labs where students complete practice and consolidation with a teacher on hand to unblock them.

Recorded lessons
Humanities · IT

Watch, then prove it.

High-quality pre-recorded lessons paired with quizzes and short tasks, flexible for the child, rigorous in assessment.

Friday Reflection
From your child's mentor

A note home, every Friday.

A short weekly message from your child's academic mentor. How the week went, what was learnt, and what's coming next.

Pastoral & mentoring
Every child, every week

Seen, known, guided.

A dedicated academic mentor checks in weekly, on progress, wellbeing, and the small things that matter most.

Success stories

Real children. Remarkable journeys.

The proof of a programme is in its pupils. Here are just a few of ours.

Adam
GCSEs · Year 10

Completed his full GCSE suite in Year 10, a whole year ahead. A committed amateur boxer and black belt in Japanese Jiu-Jitsu.

Layla
GCSEs · Year 10 · Published author

Sat her GCSEs a year early and, in the same year, published her first book. Dedication and imagination in equal measure.

Ibrahim
Year 5 · One year ahead · Hafiz

Has already memorised the entire Qur'an, and is working at Year 6 level in Mathematics and English while still in Year 5. A quiet, determined learner preparing to sit the 11+ early.

Khalid
Year 1 · Early reader

Reading fluently and already working at Year 3 level in Mathematics. Never stops asking why.

Questions parents ask

Everything you'd want to know.

Is this a legally recognised alternative to school?+

Yes. In the UK you are legally permitted to educate your child otherwise than at school. We provide a structured, full-time programme that satisfies your responsibility as an educating parent.

How is it delivered?+

Lessons are live and interactive over video. Children join from home with a laptop or tablet. All materials, workbooks and assessments are provided.

What if my child is behind, or ahead?+

We assess on entry and place each child at their working level, then move them at the right pace. Small cohorts make this possible.

Do you prepare for GCSEs?+

Yes. From Year 9 we introduce dedicated GCSE preparation, and we support families through examination entry as private candidates.

Can we try before enrolling?+

Absolutely. Get in touch and we'll arrange a trial week so your child, and you, can see if we're a good fit.

Places for the 2026/27 intake are limited.
