Since 2016, ilmspire has helped Muslim families give their children a strong education and a grounded faith. Our homeschool is growing, and we are looking for warm, skilled teachers for Key Stage 3 to grow with us.

Part time KS3 homeschool teachers

Years 7 to 9, following the National Curriculum. You will teach live 1:1 lessons and share short weekly progress notes with our mentors.

Key Stage 3 is where the GCSE years are won. You will help students build the habits, knowledge and confidence they need before Year 10 begins.

Build real fluency and confidence, from algebraic thinking and ratio to geometry and graphs, one student at a time.

Who we are looking for

  • QTS, a PGCE, a relevant degree, or a proven record teaching Key Stage 3 in the UK.
  • Confidence across the KS3 National Curriculum in your subject, and a clear view of where it leads into GCSE.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to get one.
  • Patience, warmth and high expectations for every student.
  • Clear, kind communication with parents.
  • A quiet space, a good webcam and reliable internet.
